Why do my friends and I sync up during our periods?

I went through premature menopause 8 years ago but I still get pms thanks to my daughter. 👍

when youre around someone alot youre periods will sync up. im pretty sure its because your pheromones corresponde to other menstrual pheromones when youre around someone for an extended period of time. sometimes this can cause irregular periods if youre is trying to sync with someone else's.

Oh it’s called syncing me and my friends also had that it’s totally normal if you all are always together:)
