Does anyone with PCOS know ways to keep periods regular without birth control? I don't want to take it and I've heard not using birth control could make it worse. As a trans guy it feels wrong to still take birth control. any advice?

Sorry forgot to add this try to find a doctor who understands your needs or is willing to do the research.

Forgive me please if I make a fool of myself. Outside of BC it seems that the natural route is food, exercise and weight management. I still don't know if that is enough and fully achievable without medication and medical intervention. Is it the pill that is triggering Dysphoria? Would a BC like nexplanon (arm implant) be less triggering? I was offered some different options without estrogen because of my migraines being triggered by it. I hope this was helpful. It's never wrong to take care of yourself!

@lovelystrawberry yeah the pill causes dysphoria but I could try talking to my doctor about different things. The only problem is my doctor doesn't know about me being trans and I don't feel comfortable telling her

Personally I don’t have experience with non BC methods, but my sister uses Ovasitol and she’s not regular but it seems to help her feel better overall
