Ways to regulate periods with PCOS without birth control?

Forgive me please if I make a fool of myself. Outside of BC it seems that the natural route is food, exercise and weight management. I still don't know if that is enough and fully achievable without medication and medical intervention. Is it the pill that is triggering Dysphoria? Would a BC like nexplanon (arm implant) be less triggering? I was offered some different options without estrogen because of my migraines being triggered by it. I hope this was helpful.
