Hi - Would love to hear from fellow single women in their 30s with PCOS. I am recently diagnosed and having a lot of anxiety about my future fertility and being able to meet a partner in time. This diagnosed came right after a very difficult breakup. Would love any tips for managing the anxiety around this specifically!

Hi, don't stress too much! It's actually more common for women with PCOS to conceive when they're older! I'm pretty sure it's due to the hormone surge before menopause, but it's fairly common with women with PCOS to have later pregnancies

Don’t overthink this. Most of the women with PCOS are fertile. Some have problems to get pregnant, but with the right treatment most of the succeeds.
