Taking care of your self and doing it as early and consistent as possible. And patients. There is medicines, lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, etc) that help improve your hormones which is consequently help you get pregnant. But at the end of the day, take care of yourself physically and mentally as best as you can, and be patient. Forgive your body for how long it might take, and forgive your body if it doesn't happen at all.

My biggest recommendation would be to get an endocrinologist. They are hormone doctors who can specifically address your PCOS. If you can find a reproductive endocrinologist, that's even better for getting pregnant. Best of luck my friend.
