I have never fully passed out. I've been really close probably 15 times in my 4 diagnosed years. On a good day I have presyncope symptoms with most ortho changes. I fall maybe less than five times. On flare days I fall 15-20 times. But I'm thankful I've never lost consciousness. Good luck to you.

Before some changes I would faint every few days and sometimes multiple a day with a lot of presyncope in between. Nowadays With medication and precautions I only faint every few weeks with some presyncope happening. I have a lot of panic attacks and they also make me faint.

I’ve never passed out and tbh it gives me a little bit of imposter syndrome when it comes to the diagnosis (even tho I know that’s silly). But it reminds me that there’s such a spectrum when it comes to POTS & symptoms/severity.

Same with others, never and it makes me feel invalid/like a hypochondriac sometimes. But, a loooot of people with pots don’t pass out. It’s probably just more well-known because more people would see doctors thinking it’s more of a concern

I have yet to pass out, but can recognize my symptoms and avoid it fairly easily.

I’ve fully passed out around 2-3 times, I believe. I range mine from soft, to medium, to hard blackouts. I don’t fully lose consciousness, but I lose my vision as well as control of my body and can feel myself hit the floor.
