Parenting Woes: How Do You Deal?

I have two young adult sons and I still worry and my 20 year old made my anxiety go through the roof and I have had no roof since but I love both of them equally. I’ll let you know in January how my depression and anxiety is when my older son moves out of state. Right now it doesn’t feel real and my emotions feel numb because I haven’t cried yet but I can’t talk about it or hear anything about it. Stay strong even when you feel the worst way 💖
