      My fp is my best friend and when she got a boyfriend it was really hard at first because my brain felt abandoned and pushed out. Definitely try and talk to them about it if you can because communication is so important. It must be hard with them being your ex but over time things get a little easier to manage

        @Eren2273 no. I’m afraid he’ll think I’m overstepping (we are fwb and ex’s- it’s complicated and tbh confusing)

          @photographer0402 If you want to go about it in a subtle way, you could simply ask what they've been doing for a day. I would recommend being honest with him, though. If he doesn't understand BPD and how it works, you could explain it to him
