Struggling with a Breakup and BPD

Im currently going through one of the hardest breakups of my life, i have bpd and i grew very fond of my ex he was and sadly still is my fp and idk how to function without him

Fp are hard to let go of. I was in the same situation a few months ago. Surround yourself with family and friends. Do things that will distract you. And even while doing those things, if all you can think about is your ex just remember you had a life before your ex. Try to take time to reevaluate the relationship, in my case this made me realize the relationship is what I missed not really the person.. who quickly became my fp weeks after meeting. Hope some of this could help or maybe make you feel less alone. Time heals most wounds. Best wishes<3
