Has anyone found a good pain management resource? I get really bad, deep aches in my legs and I've yet to find anything that helps. I've tried heating packs, ice packs, and I'm allergic to IcyHot.

Some suggestions for pain management include heat pads, cannabis, compression (KT tape can help with this), CBD gel, ibuprofen gel, and distraction activities such as watching movies or listening to podcasts. Other options include using a device that sends shockwaves to joints and muscles, tiger balm, peppermint, hot showers, heating up a weighted blanket in the dryer, creams made from capsaicin (the spicy part from peppers) which can block the pain signals, and water aerobics. Some people also find relief from biofreeze (the spray), compression socks and sleeves, rest, and low dose naltrexone, gabapentin, celebrex, and methotrexate.
