Y'all, I'm starting to get so overwhelmed with everything. constantly swapping therapists trying to find something that works for me, physical therapy just trying to manage pain, constantly at the doctors for another co-morbid issue that I'm going to have to change another aspect of the way I live for, and classes and appointments with my case worker, I'm having trouble keeping up. between me and my partner who has a similar problem, we have at least two appointments everyday. I'm trying so hard not to get burnt out and dip on appointments again. If anyone's got any tips on managing that'd be so welcome, if not, I just needed to vent.
