Waiting for a Therapist for Three Years
TW: little bit of a vent
I have been stuck on a waiting list for a therapist for three whole years and I'm getting sick and tired of it. I don't know what to do. They just keep pushing me off, and they're the only place I can go that isn't hours away. What would y'all do in this situation? I really need someone else's opinion.
