uhm well i have super bad social anxiety and im plus size and grew up in a small hatful town and its summer i got confident and has pushed to wear different clothes(strict fatphobic fam) that hasnt gone well but uhm i did convice them to let me wear a 2 peice bathing suit but where my problem lies is i wanna go to the town pool and gym but im scared ppl i went to school with will recognize me and hate on me like back in school and word/pics will spread all over town then everyone will reconise me im so scared but scared to admit it to my dad bc he's not exactly the parent you wanna share your issues with i wanna go but so many ppl there and what if they recognize me ima cry in front of everyone and there gonna laugh idk how to get past the social anxiety then the fear of ppl knowing me
