so, like many of you I am on disability, home most of the time and in pain always. I recently started an Etsy store for my crocheting and immediately my RSD is kicking up. Telling me that people might come look but no one will purchase anything because they don't like me, personally. How do I get around this? 😔

I had an Etsy store for a little while too. Tried to see it as a fun way to make a little extra income and it was. Maybe keep in mind that they don't know you personally and are mainly interested in the goods and services you're providing? I know looking at the cognitive distortions list my therapist gave me has been helpful for similar kinds of thoughts. If you search for the term cognitive distortions and how to combat them, there should be some info online! Feel free to message me or reply if you have specific questions.
