Do you use online symptom checkers to help you get an idea of what could be going on? Obviously not in place of seeing your doctor and receiving a formal diagnosis. Do you know of any decently accurate ones?

I’m guilty of it, I also love reading what health benefits certain foods provide. But medical questions I try not to ask, because the body is so complex it can be so many different things with the same symptoms. Definitely always recommend blood work / tests to rule things out. And once you get the diagnoses then you can do some research on it. Save yourself the anxiety and don’t google anything that will give you anxiety! I learned the hard way!
