anyone ever think too much about a symptom they're having and you google it and you feel 100x worse

Hi, happens to me all the time. It's enough that I have something small, I immediately run to check it on Google and I find out all kinds of terrible things that can happen and it makes it very bad. I used to also call my doctor constantly about every little symptom and ask him what it could be. I was most afraid of having cancer that I'm not aware of. What helped me reduce this was to simply stop searching things on Google and as I had convinced myself that there was something wrong, I convinced myself that I didn't have anything. For the most part, It has gotten better, and I saw that everything was really fine and it made me feel less stressed.

I do. But I try not to because it leads down a rabbit hole. I try to tell myself that the feeling is just that, a feeling.
