I am experiencing some symptoms of OCD as well. Should I go back to a psychologist to talk about it? Last time I mentioned it, my psychologist dismissed it.

I would My therapist dismissed me when I mentioned it too at first I quit going to therapy bc I moved and then moved back. All of the therapists I've had have All left the facility I go to for mental healthcare. I think OCD is on my chart now. Like I said I'm not in therapy.. nevermind If you have insurance go back to your therapist and maybe ask to go through the symptoms in the DSM šŸ˜¶ I hope I've been at least a little helpful

Yes or maybe ask them why they are dismissing you? Could be helpful

If you are experiencing symptoms it is best to look into it with a psychologist. Try mentioning it again to your psychologist and if they dismiss your concern again, try to find a new one.
