ok help. Has anyone experienced non stop dizzyness for 48+ hours. I'm not talking dizzy days, I mean as soon as you stand up it's there. I even get it rolling over in the night. Food, rest no help. I'm not sure if this is POTS or possible MCAS reaction, the two combining forces, or something different entirely. I contacted my doctor and she's researching. After waking up today on day three of this, I'm feeling discouraged. I should add, blood sugar, blood pressure are both odly within low normal range. heart rate is around 90-normal for me

you may want to see an ear nose and throat. I had positional vertigo from a blockage in my ear. It caused dizziness and vertigo for a few months.

@AsterJean my doctor had me start meds this morning for an allergic reaction. Went away hours later. Seems like my mcas went spiraling and caused this. Woah that was a doozy. Thank you. If it comes back I certainly will!

@LeeannD ah yes I have MCAS too. I've found nasal crom to help with my sinus swelling a lot too. It's over the counter. You may want to ask about chromalyn sodium if you're not already taking it to stabalize your mast cells. My allergist also has me take xyzol as she says it works best for her MCAS patients.

Are you hydrating enough? My cardiologist recommend 84 ounces a day. I am 154 lbs. So, I have extreme dizziness without the water and migraines. My MCAS specialist also recommended Himalayan salt 1/4 teaspoon when I'm having an episode. I've had dizziness for days like that. My neck can also cause problems with the tinnitus and dizziness I'm noticing.

@AsterJean all the above. Hydrating, electrolytes, etc. I'm on day seven now and it's a lot. Good recommendations though!

I get Vestibular Migraines Days of unrelenting dizziness that isn’t like my usual light headedness, my eyes usually continuously track in a vestibular attack so it looks like the word is moving. I also get normal migraine symptoms like nausea and light/sound sensitivity but it rarely has migraine head pain.

@AeL yes!! Light and sound is a lot. I don't think my eyes are tracking though. Thank you for sharing your experience
