Feeling Alone in the Fight Against Nightmares

When you have a nightmare and talk to your husband about it. He basically says the dream not wrong. He tired of excuses, me not fighting hard enough to just get over it, and he's done feeling alone. Just dosent want to put our child through what he went through with separated parents. I really wish some one could get me and explain how it is to fight like hell and yet feel as if your getting no where mentally. He really made me feel even worse then I already do.
