I'm new to fibromyalgia, today I woke up in terrible pain .. my muscles just hurt Soo bad I could cry .... along with bad brain fog, extreme anxiety, exhausted, depressed/emotional. I went to the chiropractor earlier and my regular chiropractor wasn't there today I know this chiropractor is still I good chiropractor but his technique is different from my usual.. and I feel like he was very aggressive while adjusting me , I ain't never heard my neck , my upper , middle and lower back crack the way they did before !he also like dug his knuckles and fingers to my muscles and massaged ? if that makes sense...and now my neck is extremely sore my body just aches all over .. is this normal ?! I'm having terrible anxiety he messed something up š or is this fibro ? IM SO SORRY FOR THE LONG POST!!!
