New Job and Mental Health Meds

Just got a new job. Switched to wellbutrin and abilify a few months ago from seroquel bc that made me sleepy. Been dealing with increased anxiety and paranoia. Any thoughts?

The wellbutrin gave me paranoia. Started hearing things. I did not have a good experience with it personally.

oh interesting. yea I got wellbutrin bc I was dealing with more depression and stress but idk if it is quite right for me anymore. I feel very hyper vigilant, easily startled, feel like being watched even though I know no one is etc

Increased anxiety is a known side effect of Wellbutrin.

I gained like 100lbs on seroquel. I didn’t tolerate Wellbutrin either. My doctor just switched me to Luvox and it helps so much with my paranoia and obsessive/intrusive thoughts. It does make you sleepy though.
