In the winter you run a humidifier but when it gets warm you run the dehumidifier.

We run a dehumidifier. I wonder if that has anything to do with the Apnea

Or sometimes a dehumidifier

My mom has that same issue,the right CPAP and a humidifier

Oh! Thanks for reminding me, that's actually something I forgot to put on here. I haven't been formally diagnosed either, but the sleep tech told me I had Central Sleep Apnea, basically my brain conveniently forgets to tell my lungs to breathe during the night...

I don't go into rem sleep,so I don't really sleep at all,haven't been diagnosed yet. That's how life been since I took acid almost every weekend in 2020

Lol I feel that. I came home from work and immediately crashed. Not sleeping well will do that to ya 🤪
