Having what feels like nerve pain around my lower stomach. Anyone else gotten something like this before?

I get this when I have a flair up or when i'm constipated and I use my heated blanket to help it hurt less. The only thing that works for me is to just rest and wait for it to pass, I hope it gets less bad soon:)
