I do too. And that's mostly because I on the internet unsupervised. I assume that everyone is always negative and a bully to others, even close friends. What I tried to do was draw and personify these impressions I have into one person. Once I did and wrote out all of those negative thoughts about me, they looked like a real bully and abuser! It helped me see how emotional and unrealistic my thoughts were. Hope this helps. š
