Need help getting a diagnosis

If you want to get a diagnosis you will need to see a psychiatrist or psychologist who will either assess your symptoms or refer to someone who will do the assessment for you. Lifestance Health I found is a good resource for meeting with a psychiatrist quickly. I got in with mine within a week when all wait lists were giving me months. I would recommend not stopping with just simply finding out your disorders but to also find a good therapist in your area to figure out a good treatment plan for them as well!

you can go on psychology today website (I think that’s it) and search for therapist and psychiatrists in your area and filter by insurance type too! that’s how I found my psychiatrist

If you have insurance you can call the insurance and tell them the issues you're having so they can recommend you to a provider to get assessed. You could also call 211 for resources on getting help if you don't have insurance. I feel those are the 2 best places if you don't know where to start
