Does anyone have any suggestions to naturally lower your A1C and/or fasting blood sugar. Maybe a supplement. I’m on Ozempic and Jardiance. I want off of Ozempic!Terrible stomach issues with it. My Dr says no.

A supplement that helps? Berberine is nature's metformin... turmeric will help with inflammation issues and help with weight loss and if added to apple cider vinegar will help with blood sugar levels as well.

"Some suggestions from the community include reducing carbohydrate intake, drinking lots of water, and exercising regularly. One person mentioned that they managed to maintain their A1C by changing their diet (omitting pork and beef) and eating all of their carbs by 6:30pm. They also mentioned using medical marijuana for pain management and weight control. Another person suggested building muscle as it helps with maintaining blood sugar levels. They also recommended having your iron, vitamin D, and B12 levels checked to see if you need to modify your diet further. However, it's important to consult with your doctor before making any changes to your medication or lifestyle."
