Has anyone tried N-acetyl cysteine (NAC)? This is something my psychiatrist has recently suggested for dermatillomania.

      @Leoakie86 yeah same here. I heard about it and did some research and decided to give it a shot. Tried it for a couple weeks to a month but didn't really notice a difference. But like you said, maybe/hopefully it will work for someone else!

      It's a supplement. Im not sure of what it does. I havent had extra money to try it yet, but when I do and if it's helpful I'll share with others.

        @PEPhoenix I’ve tried it. It didn’t do much for me but what works for one person may not for someone else! My dermatologist recommended it as well.
