      @AnxiousAl it's possible you could have aggravated an old injury. I would go see my GP. Some muscle relaxers or something might help

        @ladyraina I just don’t understand when did I hurt my back … I use to do a lot of physical work I’m guessing that’s when I injured it I just don’t know tho
