Moving prep: it feels like I have too much stuff in a small space. my mom and I already did two big purges of stuff. this might be number 3 already. I feel overwhelmed because I work 10-7 (most days) or closing shifts (one day a week). I need ideas on how to motivate and show my family I am going to be ok once we move. it's been a struggle with flare ups and anxiety. I hate feeling tired and stuck in my room or on the couch. one day I got barely anything done because I slept in super late. ugh! please help! I would love ideas on how to reduce my overall inventory to make moving easy. it feels like I clean when I'm off normally, just to have it all undone. I feel defeated when I get home.
