I just know my mom is getting ready to boil over and she's gonna barge into my room and take down all my shit and throw it around and stick it in boxes for the thrift store like she did the last time she thought we were being ungrateful even though literally most of this stuff is bought by me with my money and the stuff that isn't we either got for free or as gifts so like ¯\_(:/)_/¯

Wow that sounds like abuse. I know that you probably don't have any options since they don't have laws about emotional abuse. I went through the same stuff. It might help if you know that she is going to do stuff to take your stuff down yourself and hide it until she is more reasonable. That is something that I had to do a lot with my dad and it really helped me because if he didn't see it he didn't focus on it. I'm sorry that you are having to deal with that. If you need any help with finding resources for housing or counseling or anything let me know I'm really good at finding that kind of stuff. Good luck
