I feel really depressed like I feel like it came out of no where, I guess you could say I’ve been on a happy high, now I just feel at a real low and nothings necessarily happened I just feel sad. Does anyone else ever get like this?

emotions for me are like waves i have times where i go up and times when i go down and often i just have to ride them out…been on a down for a bit recently and i keep trying to remind myself that i’ll come back up
