I'm not really sure what to say, I'm not sure I'm even gonna find this app useful but I'm kinda desperate. my mental health just seems so off, probably doesn't help that I don't take my meds like I should. I don't even know what I'm looking for really through this app.

      You’re not alone. That’s what this app has helped me realize. Mental health issues SUCK, and it can feel so impossible to overcome most days. But it’s always nice to know you aren’t alone and there is a community of kind strangers to give you encouragement ❤️

      I'm not sure what methods you've tried to get yourself to take your meds regularly, but I'll go ahead and write a few suggestions. 1st thing that helped me was a pill organizer (helps alot if you'd taking a lot of pills) and I leave the pill case on the counter beside my sink so I see it every morning when I'm going through my bathroom routine. 2nd option would be to put it on your beside table with a bottle of water and make yourself take it as soon as you wake up (before you get out of bed). Lastly, I know a lot of people set alarms on their phones to remind them (this doesn't work for me personally because my schedule changes day by day so I can't do the exact same time everyday), but you can give it a try and see.
