Feeling Alone and Insecure with Mental Health Issues

So my name is Ashlyn and umm I suffer from the following conditions depression, extreme anxiety, ADHD add and I also have social anxiety and lately I've been feeling so alone because I'm starting to lose weight from not eating much and my parents are only happy about it and I'm insecure again and my thoughts are terrible Ive been needing someone to vent to but if my parents found out they would say 1. I'm being over dramatic 2. it's not that big of a deal and also the only thing that has kept me from cutting is my bf I know he would be upset I'm not telling him this but I don't want him worried about me while he can be happy and everything so if anyone could help me or maybe give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it
