Sooo, I’m going to a guys house. I’ve known him for two years, but we’re actually meeting in person today. I’m nervous, but also feel nothing and I feel like that happens to me whenever I get nervous enough I just turn off emotions, period. Does anyone else experience this?

I’ve experienced this too. It’s okay to feel how you feel. Something I’m never sure if I should explore or not is telling the person facts about me like that - it sounds like you’ve known him for a few years so I wonder if he would be open to hearing that is something you struggle with. And if he’s a good person for your life, he will react in a patient, loving and understanding way. If approaching it that way doesn’t work for you though, valid.
I have that feeling sometimes when I get depressed. Hopefully the more you get used to hanging out it won’t be too much of an issue next time because you’ll know what to expect.
