I just started new vitamins looking into more herbal
Then my doctors puts me back on high blood pressure pills again after I was doing so good off of them for So long Ofcourse I’m Stressed
Im Trying So hard to get off all The meds I didn’t even label them all here I was diagnosed with bipolar and I have like 7bottles and just to keep up is so hard for me

I feel like that often. Over the years of medicine after medicine, I try to remember I HAVE to take certain ones to be able to function. When my doctor prescribes a new medicine, I always ask if there is something I can get rid of also. I research herbal treatments also.
@Grayles I have an appointment with an herbal doc in June. Can't wait to see if I can get off any of the ones I'm on now.
