Seeking Medical Help While Dealing with Stalkers - Need Advice

I need help. I got out of the same household as where I was a victim of narcissistic abuse. Im staying with someone else and admittedly not as far away as id like to be. im where despite being afraid of leaving the house, ill need to get to see a range of different doctors for my physical and mental health. The thing is that these people are stalking and threatening me and I don't know if they attend any nearby medical places. If I run into them they will cause me more harm and follow to find where im staying to hurt me some more. Are there any others in similar situations? Is there safety protocols with Dr offices and medical staff to protect oneself in situations like this? I need my medical needs taken care of but I also need to be safe and don't feel safe regardless of how protective those I'm staying with are because of the people who mean me harm. Please let me know what can be done
