When did you get diagnosed?

just cracked after sitting around with nothing to do but sit with our thoughts early on in the pandemic… it was terrifying. After that it was oddly easy to be recognized by mental health professionals but they also had no idea how to actually help so :/

Found out in 2016/2017, got diagnosed in 2021

we’ve known since about 2006, but didn’t get diagnosed until 2020.

we have known since 2014, but were diagnosed in mid 2021
