I have a lot of overlapping conditions and sometimes it’s hard to differentiate what symptoms are coming from what so I sometimes just dismiss things. Seeing what some people ask and answer about their own experiences with certain conditions has helped a lot. If you need any examples just send me a message. Hope it helps!

i like that i can have my questions answered by people who have more experience/knowledge about my disabilities and disorders!! i can't really ask anyone i know irl or online about most things so having an anonymous space where im less afraid to be judged for having silly questions is great. to get the most out of it- if you have something to say, say it!! even if you think its silly.

To talk with people who are similar to you. The way I got started was to look at one of my conditions and just see what people are talking about
Ask questions and be specific about your disorders when you ask them. Also, read through other people's suggestions for your disorders.
