I found a friend on here, it’s pretty cool

depends on what people look for. some people use it to connect with others who have the same lesser known/treated conditions for advice and resources. some people use it to ask for encouragement and help because of how crushing life has been on their mental health. i'm here primarily to vent out my struggles with depression and suicide and try to help others feel a little better along the way. i've also met some really kind people here. i like it so far.

To not feel so alone and talk about the thoughts that have been marinadeing in your head for so long. Oh and maybe help someone!

It's nice to be able to talk to others who share the same struggles you have. It helps me realize, especially during bad times, that I'm not alone. Also I sometimes learn things I didn't know beforehand. I think it's great that at times I can even help someone else get through things I have already conquered. The best thing though is that it's like a group meeting without people, something I need without something that triggers my panic attacks.

I like this app. I can express my current feelings without feeling guilty and receive help along the way. It feels amazing that I'm not alone in difficult times

I'm using it to just talk to others. I don't care if you are a stranger. Its nice to have someone to talk to.
