I’ve had POTS for the better part of 3 years, and I’ve been a ballerina for 14 years. I’m still struggling to figure out how to manage my symptoms in class without having the ability to sit down or step out. Are there maybe any dancers on here with similar issues who could maybe lend some helpful tips?
