Hi, I am Norske. I was diagnosed with CKD Stage 3B in 2010, but fought the symptoms for many years before that! I am doing well, and have raised my GFR from 30 at time of diagnosis to 38 or higher starting first year after diagnosis. What I eat is most important component to being healthy with CKD!
