Managing Chronic Pain: Tips and Tricks

@willownyx Hi there. Basically I've just been trialling different methods of pain management. I have found the anti-inflammatory diet has helped me to have less flare ups of pain, including herbal remedies such as increasing the amount of ginger I eat. I've also been taking codeine and naproxen which I have found help massively, although they do cause drowsiness and decrease my alcohol tolerance so much.
