Celebrex has been really good for me

For especially tricky pain I like to use arnica gel! It seems to work pretty well for me.

Heat and Epsom salts- until oral meds kick in.

Pain relieving creams like blue emu

Arnica Montana can be helpful Hyland’s FlexMore is fantastic for nerve and joint pain!

I found Aleve is gentler on my stomach and I appreciate only needing 1 to 2 a day. I’m not sure if that is helpful but I wanted to share just in case

Heating pad, tens machine, oska pulse (expensive but worth every penny and then some)

all of these comments are great, but i cant stress enough how exercise (especially stretching/yoga) is a lifesaver for pain.
