Update: Phone appointment went well. I did decide to stop my 10mg of fluoxetine as I'm already on day 2 without it and I've been taking it for almost a year, and I feel more confident with my coping mechanisms. My only concern is my PMDD though. I'm fine when I'm not experiencing those symptoms, but then I turn into this depressed ball full of random mood swings. Fingers crossed I made the right decision 🤞🏻
