Lost my friends and partner, need advice

hello! I am trying to find new ways to put myaelf out there. I recently had an episode that alienated my friends and partner and lost them as a result. Has anyone else been through that? My partner and I are separated right now and I really just want everything to be fixed.

      So mine is complicated, mine interacts with sleep walking which is scary. Ill be asleep, but something else in in control of my body.This has caused alot of struggle with keeping friends and partners
