Living with Tourettes and Migraines

I have both so I understand what you’re going through 💕

I normally don't get headaches, but when my mouth/jaw tics or face/eye tics are super active I do. I think from holding tension or just from using those muscles so much

I have Tourette’s but not migraines much currently though I’ve dealt with it before

I suffer from both✋
