I try to think of happy memories to get me through the day. I had a pituitary macroadenoma removed in 2017 and as a result I also have diabetes insipidus and hypothyroidism. I also have fibromyalgia and possibly lupus. I have acid reflux and have a hiatal hernia. I have a atrial septal aneurysm and hole. I love to talk about healthy activities and ways to de-stress.
