My endometriosis is flaring up like it used to before my surgery in 2018, and I'm currently questioning my sanity. Like how did I used to deal with this pain so often while in school and everything? So I'm telling you the things I need to hear and I hope you find it helpful too. This is your reminder that you are crazy tough and have had to live with really hard things. You're stronger than the average person, pushing through and surviving despite severe pain, fatigue, and so many other symptoms. It's okay to rest. It's okay to ask for help. It's okay to talk about how you're feeling. It's real, despite gaslighting doctors or family. There is no cure, and that is crazy unfortunate and frustrating, but we can try our best to take care of ourselves the best we know how. Even if that's just resting. Do what's best for you.
