Leg Aches with Anorexia: Normal or Not?

@Rayyybies so I’m not a doctor and I don’t have the best explanation for this - however mine definitely have too. I think (it might be wrong) that it’s from low vitamin d, and even if it’s not super low people with anorexia usually experience some loss of bone mass. With your legs, walking everywhere and standing can put a lot of stress on the bones and joints which can cause them to ache, or if it’s muscle soreness again the body in any sort of starvation can look to the muscle and break down muscle for energy, which can cause muscular soreness. It can be both. Again this is my understanding of what happened with me, I could be wrong and it could be something else but I know that bone mass loss and muscular wasting is common with anorexia
