Leg Pain with Dysautonomia: Anyone Else?

Does anyone that have dysautonomia experience sore legs? Even though they didn’t workout.

Yes! I generally ache in my feet and legs the most. I have noticed that when my Iron and Magnesium levels are improving, the aches and pains are not quite as severe.

I’m glad that you said that about magnesium. Because when I take magnesium sometimes my legs will feel better. That so crazy though.

Yes, all the time! Especially at the end of the day. I can't tell if it's just from existing or because I don't walk as much as my muscles want me to lol I also have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which might contribute. I don't have constant pain though, just soreness and aches at the end of the day like mentioned above
