Isolation and illness: struggling to connect with friends

I’ve isolated myself sooo much in the midst of getting sick. My friends don’t really check in- just get upset with me..I have maybe one good friend I can explain my difficulties to but she doesn’t really have much to say-which is ok cuz im glad she’s here and not mad at me like everyone else because they refuse to understand my illness. They see the days I post with makeup out at the coffee shop, but what they don’t see is the days I’ve been glued to the couch not showering or eating because I feel so sick constantly when I stand up or do anything. I try to not complain and that’s why they never see the bad. But it’s there and it consumes me so I’m sorry I’m not there to make plans or be there to “hangout” im legit dying over here and not asking for anything else besides some patience and understanding:(
